Units of measure as they are sent verbatim by laboratory information systems in Uzbekistan. This code system mirrors the source data, including spellings that are not valid UCUM, so that incoming results can be received, mapped to UCUM (see LabUnitsToUCUMCM) and progressively corrected at source. It is not a code system to author against: new laboratory results must carry UCUM in Observation.valueQuantity.
